Philadelphia, Wilmington & New Jersey areas: (Just over an hour away!) I-95 South to Route 896 South to 301 South to 290 (Galena). Right at the light onto 213 North.. 2 1/2 miles - see Skipjack Cove entry on left.
From Baltimore and Central Pennsylvania: I-95 North to Route 272 South. Exit on Route 40 East to Route 213 South to Skipjack Cove. (Entrance 1/4 mile North of Sassafras River Bridge).
From Washington D.C.: Take the Capital Beltway to Route 50 East towards Annapolis, cross over Bay Bridge and follow 301 north to Route 313 North (Galena). Turn left, proceed through town (Route 313 becomes 213 at Galena light). Go over Sassafras River Bridge, 1/4 mile to Marina entrance on left.
By Sea...... Map
Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort is located on the Sassafras River, about seven miles from the mouth of the River. Proceed up the River observing the channel markers to N "14" and then turn to port and head for the marina. The GPS coordinates are N 39.21.942 W 75.53.544. We monitor VHF 16 so call ahead for reservations and slip assignment.
