Transient Rates
SEASONAL DOCKAGE: May 1 through September 30
- $2.00/foot: Friday through Sunday
- $1.75/foot: Monday through Thursday
- $2.50/foot: Holiday Weekends/Special Events (2 night min.) (Credit card required for reservations*)
* 48 hour cancellation policy. One night's stay charged if reservation canceled less than 48 hours in advance of arrival (unless small craft warnings have been issued for the Bay). Two night minimum on Holidays.
OFF SEASON DOCKAGE: Before May 1 and after October 1
- $1.00/ft/night: Daily, including weekends
ELECTRICITY:
- $5.00/night: 1 X 30 amp/125 volt
- $10.00/night: 2 X 30 amp/125 volt
- $10.00/night: 1 X 50 amp/250 volt
PUMP OUTS: Available at Fuel Dock.
GROUP CATERING SERVICES:
- Seating for 65 - 80
- Per person amenity charge ($5.00) as applicable
- Rental charges: $50 per afternoon or evening. (Charges may vary according to group size and occasion.)
- Reservations necessary.
GAZEBO AND POOL PICNIC AREAS:
Available for Skipjack slip holders at no charge on a first come, first serve basis.
