* By submitting this Work Order, I authorize, and agree to pay for, the repairs (including parts and labor) outlined in the Work Order. I understand that a credit card authorization needs to be on file at Skipjack and that the costs of these repairs shall be charged to my credit card account. Skipjack will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vessel (or articles left in or with the vessel) in the case of fire, theft, accident or other causes beyond Skipjacks control.

1.	Prep & paint bottom (specify color & make of paint. Yard uses interlux if unspecified). Change zincs Check running gear
2.	Remove frame & cover. Remove shrink wrap
3a.	Basic commissioning gas eng.(s) and generator(s). Start up, change fuel filters, check belts, clamps, hoses, eng. zincs & stuffing box(es).
3b.	Basic commissioning diesel eng.(s) and generator(s), Start up, change fuel filters, bleed air from system, check belts, clamps, hoses, eng. zincs, condition of air filters, if fitted.
4	Sea Test (optional, but recommended) with basic commissioning. Check engine & generator performance under load, check for fluid leaks, check operation of trans, check for shaft vibration.
5.	Comprehensive Commissioning - Gas eng.(s) & generators only. Same as #4 above, plus tune-up eng.(s) & generator(s), replace parts as needed, set carb mixture & idle speed, Sea Test Mandatory.
6.	Fresh Water Systems Recommission all applicable systems - purge non-toxic antifreeze, flush & fill with fresh water, replace water filter elements (if fitted).
7.	Raw Water Systems Recommission all applicable systems, toilets, air conditioner, etc., check operation, check for leaks.
